As one of the leading credit unions in California, we are looking to continue our growth and leadership in member service. We have an open position for a Card Services Rep II and we are looking for a strong team player to join the company and provide optimum member service. You will answer card services inquiries such as: current balance, statement information, dispute inquiries, payment information, available credit, annual fee, late and finance charge inquiries, and other such requests. In this role, you will set up new accounts (debit and credit cards), distribute 3rd party daily reports and process 3rd party Closed Accounts report. You will also be processing the Lost/Stolen report for ATM, debit and credit cards.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
